Personal Data We Process

When you contact us via WhatsApp, we may process your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, the contents of your messages and the information you share in connection with your request (full name, province/district, installation location, approximate electricity consumption details, a convenient time for a call back).

Purposes of Processing

• Responding to your requests and providing information,
• Carrying out survey, quotation and service processes for solar energy systems,
• Contacting you to follow up,
• Improving service quality and fulfilling our legal obligations.

Use of the Automated Assistant

An AI-powered digital assistant may give the first reply to your messages on our WhatsApp line. The assistant provides general information and forwards your request to our authorised team. Matters such as pricing, quotations and contracts are handled by our authorised team. You can ask to speak with a team member at any time.

Legal Basis

Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, and that it is necessary to fulfil legal obligations; where none of these grounds apply, it is processed based on your explicit consent.

Transfer of Data

The messaging service operates through the WhatsApp Business Platform with Meta Platforms, and the automated assistant and workflow services operate with the service providers we use for this purpose. In this context, your data may be transferred to service providers located abroad. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes, except where required by law.

Retention Period

Your data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the periods set out in the relevant legislation; after that period ends, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to claim compensation in case of damage. You can send your requests to us using the contact details above.

Security

Reasonable technical and administrative measures are applied to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
