Site survey and roof analysis
The process begins with our engineering team inspecting the villa roof on site: its orientation, tilt angle, load-bearing strength and possible sources of shading (chimneys, trees, neighbouring buildings). The roof structure is evaluated for whether it can safely carry the additional load of the panels and mounting equipment.
At this stage, the household's annual electricity consumption data is also reviewed, so that the system is neither oversized nor undersized.
Project approval and procurement
Once the site study is complete, the single-line diagram and system project are prepared, and an application is made to the relevant distribution company for the on-grid connection. After approval, A-grade, long-lasting panels, inverters and mounting structures are procured and shipped to the site.
Installation and commissioning
During installation, the supporting rail system suited to the roof type is installed first, then the panels are placed after a strict quality-control process and the cabling is completed. After the inverter connection and grounding work, the system is commissioned.
After commissioning, production values are monitored to confirm that the system delivers the performance planned in the project, and the user is briefed on how to use the monitoring system.
